Richard Brady, PE, BCEE President & Chief Executive Officer
Rick Brady is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Richard Brady & Associates. He is a registered professional engineer and Board Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE) in water and wastewater design. Mr. Brady is a graduate of Harvard Business School's "Leading Professional Service Firms" and the "Owner-President Management" program. He is also an internationally-recognized water engineer, and a contributing author to the AWWA's "Water Treatment Plant Design," known as "The Bible of the Field" in water treatment plant engineering. He has served as the Program Manager for the City of San Diego Water Infrastructure Master Plan, and his design experience includes nationally-acclaimed water treatment facilities. |

Crystal Kolland Director of Finance
Ms. Kolland is financial manager with Fortune 500 firm experience. She is experienced as an accountant, financial analyst and financial consultant to private entrepreneurs and real estate developers. Ms. Kolland is also familiar with accounting practices, policies and procedures for federal contractors, including Deltek platforms. Ms. Kolland oversees all financial programs as well as asset management for BRADY. |

Don Whittaker Vice President, Contracts, Procurement and Project Controls
Mr. Whittaker has more than 20 years experience in contracts management and administration involving large scale federal contracts of a highly technical nature. His experience involves contract management, project programming, electronic procurement, project controls and financial analysis. His responsibilities include the management of multiple databases for resource allocation and organizational conflict of interest issues. |

Bill Colden, PE Vice President, East Coast Operations
Mr. Colden has spent the bulk of his career with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic Division. While there, he was responsible for managing the efforts of engineers, contract specialists, engineering technicians, and administrative staff responsible for the administration of construction and facility support contracts in excess of $90M annually. Mr. Colden oversees our East Coast Operations from our office in Virginia Beach, Virginia. |

Sean Manning, PE Vice President, North Carolina Office
Mr. Manning specializes in civil engineering, with an emphasis in hydraulic facilities, civil and mechanical design, modeling, QA/QC reviews, and civil site plans. His area of expertise is in the preparation of specifications and cost estimates, and in the construction management and inspection of water and wastewater projects. Mr. Manning is based in our Charlotte, North Carolina office. |

Mike Slawson, PE, PLS, LEED AP Vice President, San Diego Office
Mr. Slawson is a licensed professional engineer, professional land surveyor, and LEED accredited professional with more than twenty years of diversified experience in the design-build process. His experience includes engineering design, environmental engineering, remediation, construction management and design-build construction. His market experience includes federal civilian and DoD activities, as well as numerous state, local and private sector clients. His tremendous experience with a wide array of applications enables him to work effectively across multiple operational areas. Mr. Slawson is a former Vice President of a ENR Top 100 design firm, and participated on the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) for the City of San Diego, and the TAC sustainability sub-committee. |

Jim Bowen, PE Vice President, Federal Construction Programs - Southwest
Mr. Bowen is a licensed professional engineer with more than twenty years of experience in managing federal construction and remediation programs. His experience includes a variety of design-build and design-bid-build applications, including commercial, industrial, institutional, environmental and remediation construction. Mr. Bowen is also experienced in electrical/mechanical system design and installation; start-up, training, and operation/maintenance activities. He has also managed large scale base operations support (BASOPS) activities. Mr. Bowen's expertise in the field operations and maintenance includes, remediation systems, landfills, baling facilities, composting facilities, waste management operations, fueling systems, bulk terminals, washwater recycling systems, PLCs, and a myriad of electromechanical systems. |

Brad Anderson Vice President, San Diego Office
Mr. Anderson is a Vice President for Brady, and the founder and President/CEO of Jet Construction Inc., a Brady company. Having more than 30 years experience in general engineering construction, he has dedicated the last 17 years to infrastructure projects on military installations. His experience includes projects on many of the bases in the NAVFAC SW footprint. Construction has been a lifelong practice for Mr. Anderson, who advanced in the industry under the tutelage of his father, who was also a MILCON contractor. The cornerstone of his success is his ability to team, partner and resolve conflicts. Mr. Anderson is a hands-on manager with a proud history of on-time, on-budget performance for the Military. |
