As with other notable firms, we maintain enterprise, operational and site-specific plans for quality and safety.  We provide training to all employees based on the requirements of their job description, industry standards, client requirements and the law.  However, there are several things that set us apart from other firms in the areas of quality and safety:

• As part of our Full Spectrum Approach, we partner with key stakeholders early on to establish scope parameters, including objectives and priorities for quality and safety.

• Our Corporate Health & Safety Program is monitored by a Certified Industrial Hygienist.

• Our Enterprise Quality Program is managed by a registered professional engineer with more than 20 years experience in managing quality programs.

• Our activity hazard analyses process takes place as part of our constructability review.

• We retain third party consultants to participate in our safety committee, as well as to perform random and routine audits of our project sites.

• Our project and site managers have all received the Army Corps of Engineers “Construction Quality Control for Contractors” certification.

• We hold weekly and monthly safety and quality assurance meetings with all project sites to create a collaborative environment among field and management personnel.

• We hold weekly tailgate safety meetings and daily safety inspections at all project sites.

• We share client and industry recognition for quality and safety with all stakeholders (employees, subcontractors, consultants and clients).
